Toms River, NJ – Families are invited to Riverwood Park on Monday, August 26, for a free outdoor screening of Monsters University as part of Toms River’s Neighborhood Movie Night in the Park series, officials announced.
The film begins at 7 p.m. on a large Jumbotron screen designed to be visible even in daylight, allowing younger children to enjoy the movie before bedtime. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs to grab a spot on the ball field.
Kona Ice will be on-site with treats to help attendees stay cool during the show. Pets are not permitted at the event.
The series is presented by Mayor Dan Rodrick and the Toms River Recreation Department, which continues to host seasonal community events across the township.
