TOMS RIVER-Toms River Mayor Thomas Kelaher and the township council joined forces with the Donovan Catholic football team to deliver turkeys and all of the fixin’s to residents in need to have a happy and healthy Thanksgiving dinner. Residents showed up to support the People’s Pantry’s annual Thanksgiving food drive.
