Traffic Advisory for Howard County Due to Funeral Procession

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The Howard County Police Department has issued a traffic alert for today, June 22, due to a large funeral procession. Motorists should expect an increased police presence and temporary road closures on Route 29 northbound from approximately 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.

The procession will be entering Howard County from Montgomery County on Route 29 and will continue toward Interstate 70. Drivers are advised to exercise caution in the area or consider planning an alternate route to avoid delays.
