TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Ocean County Sheriff’s Office has issued an alert advising residents and commuters to steer clear of the intersection at New Hampshire Ave and Old Freehold Rd in Toms River because of a motor vehicle accident. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternative routes.
