Trenton Man Arrested for DUI in Yardley

YARDLEY, PA – At around 5:00 PM on Friday, a YBPD officer on duty observed a truck driving carelessly on Delaware Avenue.

The silver pick-up truck was stopped on Morgan Avenue after it was found in the opposite lane.

A subsequent investigation found the 49-year-old male driver, from Trenton NJ, likely under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

After refusing chemical testing, the man was arrested and charged.

The case is currently pending in court, with the refusal reported to PennDOT.
