Trio Targets 23-Year-Old Woman in NYC Subway Chain Snatching

NEW YORK, NY — A 23-year-old woman was robbed on a northbound 1 train early Sunday morning, sustaining minor injuries. According to the New York City Police Department, the incident occurred at approximately 1:50 a.m. when three unknown individuals approached the victim, who forcibly removed a chain from her neck. The suspects then fled in an unknown direction.

The incident happened in upper Manhattan.

The first and second individuals sought for questioning are described as males with light complexions. The third individual is described as a male with a medium complexion.

Authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward as they investigate the incident.
