Triple Shooting in Paterson Leaves One Dead

PATERSON, NJ – Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Department’s Officer-In Charge Isa Abbassi report a shooting that occurred on Tuesday, at approximately 3:47 p.m. in the area of Broadway and Rosa Parks Boulevard.

Three individuals were found with gunshot injuries.

A 23-year-old male from Riverdale was fatally wounded, a 19-year-old from Elmwood Park remains in critical condition.

A 57-year-old male from Paterson is in stable condition after sustaining a gunshot wound to the leg.

The investigation remains active. Individuals with relevant information are asked to reach out to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office or the Paterson Police Detective Bureau.
