Two Arrested in Handgun Violation in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, Md. — On the evening of July 28, Western District detectives conducted a vehicle stop in the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue, leading to the arrest of two individuals.

At approximately 8:09 p.m., detectives stopped the vehicle and discovered the driver was wanted on an active warrant. During the investigation, officers seized a loaded handgun from the vehicle, which had been reported stolen in Baltimore City.

The driver, a 32-year-old male, and the passenger, a 32-year-old female, were arrested and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they were charged accordingly.
