TRENTON, NJ – On June 20, at approximately 11:15 pm, Trenton Police Department responded to a shooting reported in the area of 538 Lamberton Street.
The investigation led by the Shooting Response Team revealed that Duren M. Funderburg, 44, and Shawn M. Harris, 42, were engaged in a dispute which escalated to a shooting incident.
Both men were charged with Aggravated Assault and Weapons Offenses.
Harris was arrested in Trenton on June 26, by New Jersey State Police while Funderburg was arrested in Atlantic City on Thursday, by the United States Marshals.
Both men are awaiting court proceedings.
