BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore Police Department urgently seeks the public’s help locating two missing juveniles, six-year-old Karter Moore and eight-year-old Davon Owens. They were last seen in the 700 block of N. Grantley Street on August 18, at approximately 9:35 p.m.
When last seen, one of the children was wearing a red basketball jersey and black shorts, and the other was dressed in black shorts. The two juveniles are described as being 3 feet 10 inches and 4 feet tall.The disappearance of the young children has sparked concern within the community, and authorities are urging anyone with information regarding their whereabouts to contact the Baltimore Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit at 443-984-7385 or dial 911.
