SAVANNAH, GA—Authorities in Georgia have arrested two juveniles, aged 10 and 11, following the drowning death of 8-year-old Noah Bush earlier this year. The tragic incident, involving a “borrow pit” at a local construction site, has led to multiple charges against the children involved.
The 11-year-old has been charged with simple battery, involuntary manslaughter, concealing the death of another, and criminal trespass. The 10-year-old faces charges of concealing the death of another and criminal trespass. Due to Georgia state law, the identities of these juvenile defendants are withheld from the public.
Noah Bush was initially reported missing by his family on May 15, 2024. After an extensive search lasting approximately 11 hours, his body was found the following day in a borrow pit within a construction area.
