Two Critical After North Philadelphia Shooting

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Two men are in critical condition following a shooting on Old York Road at 9:46 p.m. Thursday night. Police responded to the 4900 block of Old York Road in Philadelphia’s 35th District.

The first victim, a man in his 30s, sustained a gunshot wound to the stomach. The second victim, a 28-year-old man, was shot once in the right hip. Both were transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center by police.Authorities held the scene and recovered a weapon. The investigation is ongoing.

No arrests have been made at this time.
