ATCO, NJ — Two best friends from New Jersey have won $1 million from the Powerball lottery this month. The New Jersey Lottery shared the news on social media, although the winners’ identities remain undisclosed.

The lottery draw, which took place on April 3, saw the fortunate duo purchasing their winning ticket at a deli in Atco, a community within the Philadelphia-Camden metro area. The New Jersey Lottery made the official announcement of their win over the weekend, adding to the celebrations of the lucky pair.
