Two Injured in Shooting at Lowe’s Parking Lot in Munhall

MUNHALL, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the parking lot of Lowe’s Home Improvement in Munhall. The department responded to the scene following a 9-1-1 call at approximately 1:45 pm, reporting an individual chasing another with a firearm.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a firearm and blood at the scene, but no victims were present. Shortly after, the Pittsburgh Police received a report of two walk-in gunshot victims at a local hospital. The investigation confirmed that these individuals were connected to the Munhall incident. One of the victims is in critical condition, while the other is stable.

Homicide detectives have initiated an in-depth investigation into the circumstances leading to the shooting. The identities of the victims have not been disclosed, and no suspects have been named as of yet.
