Two Men Arrested for Multiple Offenses During Traffic Stop in Cranford

CRANFORD, NJ – Early on April 5, 2024, at 12:43 AM, Cranford Police Officer Antonio Bellomo conducted a traffic stop that led to the arrest of two men on North Avenue West at Miln Street. Hristof Palomino, 26, from West Orange, NJ, and Gaelson Senesca, 27, from Newark, NJ, were detained following the stop.

Palomino, the driver, was initially stopped for failing to signal and not having registration in possession. A subsequent check revealed an open warrant for his arrest in West Orange, NJ. He was charged with failure to signal and no registration in possession.

Senesca, the passenger, faced charges of presenting a fraudulent identification and hindering apprehension. Further investigation found that he had open warrants in both Orange, NJ, and Union County, NJ. Both individuals were detained pending further legal proceedings.
