NEW YORK, NY – Early Friday morning, two off-duty NYPD-Auxiliary Police officers were arrested and charged with assault within the 7th Precinct. Christie Quilez, a 35-year-old female, and Jessica Perez, a 19-year-old female, each face two counts of third-degree assault. The incident occurred at 12:48 AM.
