Two-Old-Girl Killed in Hit and Run in Pelham Bay Park

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying individuals connected to a reckless endangerment incident in Pelham Bay Park.

On Saturday, at around 5:00 pm, a 2-year-old girl was struck by a two-wheeled vehicle operated at a high rate of speed.

The child suffered lacerations, bleeding, and pain to her right leg.

The suspects fled the scene on the two-wheeled vehicle and on foot. The injured child was taken by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and is in stable condition.

The New York City Police Department is investigating this incident and asked anyone with information to come forward.
