BARNEGAT TOWNSHIP, NJ — Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Police Chief Keith A. Germain confirmed an ongoing investigation into a double homicide on Lincoln Avenue.
The joint investigation involved the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit, the Barnegat Township Police Department, and the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office.
