EAST FLATBUSH, N.Y. – Last night, a shooting in East Flatbush left two men dead inside an apartment complex.
Police arrived at the Flatbush Gardens complex on Brooklyn Avenue around 10:40 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered two males, aged 27 and 47, with gunshot injuries in a fourth-floor hallway. Both victims were declared deceased at the scene.
The preliminary investigation indicates a potential dispute between the shooter and the victims before the incident. However, the shooting doesn’t seem to be gang-affiliated, as per the police.
The suspect, who remains at large, was reportedly wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, and tan boots during the incident.
