Two Shot in Gunfire Exchange on Alliance Drive in Chicago

CHICAGO, IL – Two men were shot in an exchange of gunfire on Alliance Drive in Chicago on Wednesday. According to police, Michael Riddle, 40, was charged in the shooting.

Police said Riddle was arrested on August 3, at 5:56 p.m., in the 12300 block of S. Michigan Ave.

“He was identified as the offender who, minutes earlier, shot and wounded a 32-year-old male in the 12300 block of S. Michigan Ave. (5th District),” police reported. “The offender also sustained a gunshot wound in the incident.”

He was placed into custody and charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
