Two Shot One Dead In Northwest D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A double shooting on 10th Street in Northwest has left one man dead and another injured, prompting a police investigation.

The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. in the 3500 block of 10th Street. Officers arriving at the scene found one man with gunshot wounds; he was conscious, breathing, and subsequently hospitalized.

A second victim, also suffering from gunshot wounds, managed to reach a nearby hospital on his own but was later pronounced dead.
