Two sisters reported missing in Woodlawn, Baltimore County police say

WOODLAWN, Md. — Authorities are searching for two young sisters who were last seen Friday evening in the Woodlawn area of Baltimore County, police said.

The Baltimore County Police Department announced that 12-year-old MuNiyah Madden and 10-year-old Jannah Madden were reported missing after they were last seen around 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The girls were last known to be in the Woodlawn community, according to a post from the department shared on Facebook and X.

MuNiyah is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 80 pounds. Jannah is 5 feet tall and weighs about 60 pounds. Their clothing descriptions were not immediately released.

The department labeled the case as “critical missing” in its social media alert and asked for the public’s assistance.

“#MISSING: 12-year-old MuNiyah Madden (5’2″, 80 lbs.) and 10-year old Jannah Madden (5’0″, 60 lbs.) were last seen on May 9, 2025 at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the #Woodlawn area,” the police post read.
