Unconcious Driver Check Ends with Drug Arrest

GLEN BURNIE, MD – On Monday, at about 11:30 p.m., officers investigating a suspicious occupied vehicle on the unit block of Mountain Road made a noteworthy arrest.

Inside the vehicle, officers discovered an unconscious individual, Logan Seth Gakenheimer, a 21-year-old from Pasadena, Maryland, who seemed to be intoxicated and was situated in the driver’s seat.

Upon closer inspection, suspected marijuana was observed in the vehicle’s center console. Although initially uncooperative and attempting to evade the officers, Gakenheimer was arrested.

The officers recovered approximately 21.68 ounces of suspected marijuana, $1,334.00 in U.S. currency, and CDS paraphernalia.

Gakenheimer now faces charges related to the possession and intent to distribute the aforementioned substances.
