Uninsured Drunk Driver Charged in Ocean County

TOMS RIVER, N.J. — A man booked into the Ocean County jail on Thursday is facing multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated, obstruction, and operating a vehicle without insurance, according to county inmate records.

The inmate, identified as Adan Gonzalez-Jimenez, was committed on Thursday and remains in custody on a total bond of $4,500. All three charges carry a $1,500 bond each under a 10 percent option.

According to the records, was charged under New Jersey statute 39:4-50 for drunk or drugged driving, 2C:29-1A for obstructing the administration of law, and 39:6B(2) for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
