UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, OH – Emma Ford of University Heights clinched a $20,000 victory in the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off game, Precious Diamonds.
Post mandatory state and federal taxes amounting to 28 percent, Ford will take home $14,400.
The winning ticket was sold at Heights Beverage, located at 13483 Cedar Road in University Heights.
