FREEPORT, NY – Nassau County Police have arrested 53-year-old Jose L. Rodriguez Delacruz for operating as an unlicensed dentist out of an office on West Sunrise Highway in Freeport. The arrest followed a thorough investigation by local detectives, leading to Delacruz being taken into custody without any incident.
Delacruz, who resides in Freeport, was charged with unauthorized practice. He was arraigned on Friday, April 19, at the First District Court in Hempstead.
