Urgent search for 13-year-old girl missing in Southeast D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Police are searching for 13-year-old Tyonna Sanders, who was last seen in the 4200 block of First Street, Southeast, on Tuesday.

Tyonna is described as a Black female, standing 5’4” tall and weighing 243 pounds, with waist-length red braids and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black clothing.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the Metropolitan Police Department at (202) 727-9099 or send a text tip to 50411. Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating her.
