Urgent Search for Missing 16-Year-Old Girl in D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The D.C. Metro Police Department is requesting public assistance to locate 16-year-old Sadie Heyward.

Heyward was last seen in the unit block of P Street in Northeast D.C. on Tuesday, April 16 at 4:30 PM. Sadie is described as a Black female with a medium brown complexion, standing 5’2″ tall and weighing 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

At the time of her disappearance, Sadie was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray pants and carrying a green and yellow backpack.
