Urgent Search for Missing 71-Year-Old Man in Newark

The Newark Department of Public Safety is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating 71-year-old Errol Bryan, who was reported missing today.

Mr. Bryan, who is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, was last seen on Friday at 11:45 p.m. near the 100 block of Pomona Avenue.

Described as having a medium brown complexion, Mr. Bryan is approximately 5’6″ tall and weighs about 130 pounds. He has brown eyes, gray hair, and a gray beard. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white shirt and a diaper. He is known to respond to his nickname, “Poppie.”

Public Safety Director Fritz G. FragĂ© is calling on anyone with information regarding Mr. Bryan’s whereabouts to contact the Newark Police Division’s Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
