Urgent search underway for missing 15-year-old in DC

WASHINGTON, DC – A 15-year-old girl disappeared Monday morning in Southwest D.C., prompting an urgent search to locate her as concern grows over her safety.

Lihanna Vang was last seen around 9:00 a.m. on March 31 in the 1500 block of 1st Street, Southwest. She is described as 5’1″ tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with long black braids tipped in turquoise and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt with the words “Good Fortune” printed across the front, along with blue jeans.

The investigation is being handled by the Youth and Family Engagement Division, which is seeking help from the public to locate the missing teen.
