Urinating Cali Woman Charged with Indecent Exposure in Prince Frederick

Prince Frederick, MD -An incident on August 18 led to the arrest of Jean Darlene Ross, 38, of Bellflower, CA, after she was observed urinating on the sidewalk in full view of the public at two different locations in Prince Frederick.

At 6:17 p.m., Dep. Smith responded to the Safeway located at 80 W. Dares Beach Road after reports of Ross squatting near the entrance to the store and urinating on the sidewalk. Ross was given a Trespass warning and advised to leave the area.

However, at approximately 8 p.m., Dep. Smith was called again to 140 W. Dares Beach Road near the TJ Max, where Ross was reported urinating on the sidewalk a second time. Witnesses also observed her crossing into traffic without yielding, creating a danger to herself and the public.

Ross was subsequently transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where she was charged with Indecent Exposure, Disorderly Conduct, and Intoxicated Public Disturbance.
