UTICA, NY – The Utica Police Department, in collaboration with the NY/NJ US Marshal’s Fugitive Taskforce, is actively seeking Tyrell Brown, 27, for an outstanding second-degree murder warrant.
This warrant relates to the shooting death of Kwamae Smith on November 11th, on Varick St.
The weapon involved in the incident has not been recovered.
The Utica Police Department is requesting that anyone with information about the case contact their Warrants Unit at 315-725-1744.
