NEW CITY, NY – Buena Vista Road is closed due to a vehicle colliding with a utility pole north of Brook Road overnight. Officials state that the road will remain shut for most of the day to facilitate repairs. Orange & Rockland has temporarily cut power in parts of northern New City to ensure safe repair operations. The power outage is expected to last for a limited duration.
