Vehicle Fire Causes Lane Closure on I-295 in Westampton Township

Westampton Township, NJ – A vehicle fire on I-295 northbound, north of Exit 45 (Mount Holly Rd/Rancocas Rd), led to the closure of one right lane and the shoulder this morning.

The New Jersey Department of Transportation Traffic Operations Center South reported the fire at 9:04 a.m., with an update at 9:05 a.m. indicating a 5-10 minute delay.

Drivers are advised to exercise caution and expect minor delays as emergency responders address the situation. Further updates will be provided as the scene is cleared.
