Vehicle Stolen from Residence in Wilkes-Barre

WILKES-BARRE, PA – The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department is currently investigating the theft of a motor vehicle that occurred on South Hancock Street. The incident was reported at 8:39 PM last Friday.

Responding to a distress call, officers arrived at the scene where a 38-year-old male reported that two females, one known only as “Blue,” had stolen his vehicle’s keys and subsequently the vehicle itself. The suspects had been inside the victim’s residence before taking the vehicle.

The vehicle was last observed heading south on South Hancock Street. The suspects are still at large, and the police are actively seeking further information to aid their investigation.
