Vehicle Struck by Bullet in Wilkes-Barre During Reported Gunfire

On Tuesday, Wilkes-Barre City Police Department officers responded to a report of gunfire hitting a parked car in 103 Poplar .

The incident occurred on April 24th, at 8:53 a.m. A 41-year-old female victim reported that her vehicle had been damaged, specifically a headlight, due to being struck by a bullet overnight.

Police found a bullet fragment inside the damaged headlight and are currently investigating the incident further.
