Newark, DE – Delaware State Police have identified Frank Wolf, an 82-year-old resident of Newark, Delaware, as the person who died in a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday in Newark. The accident occurred on October 17 with the investigation being carried out by the Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit.
