Victim Rescued from Burlington House Fire

BURLINGTON, NJ – A dramatic rescue unfolded on Sunday, March 31, when Burlington City Police and Fire Departments were alerted to a structure fire on the 800 block of North Route 130 at approximately 8:06 PM.

Responding units arrived to confront a significant fire, with reports of an individual trapped on the second floor of the building. Firefighters executed a successful rescue, pulling the victim to safety before extinguishing the blaze. The rescued individual was subsequently transported to Saint Christopher’s Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, by PENNSTAR aeromedical for treatment.

The firefighting efforts were supported by a range of mutual aid first responders and The American Red Cross, highlighting the collaborative response to the emergency.
