Violent Carjacking and Assault in Yardley Leads to Arrest

YARDLEY, PA – An assault and carjacking occurred in the early hours of Sunday, on the 700 block of Stony Hill Rd.

The male suspect forcefully removed the victim from his vehicle and repeatedly struck him in the head. He then stole the victim’s car.

After a short pursuit and foot chase, the suspect was apprehended by police.

The victim positively identified him as the assailant.

The suspect, already wanted on outstanding warrants in Bucks County, faces charges including robbery, inflicting serious bodily injury, aggravated assault, criminal mischief, tampering with property, and receiving stolen property.
