Violent Robbery Suspect Sought in Chambersburg

CHAMBERSBURG, PA – The Chambersburg Police Department has issued a call for information regarding a suspect, identified as Hicks, involved in a violent robbery.

The incident took place on the 600 block of Ludwig Avenue in Chambersburg, as reported on Saturday.

Hicks assaulted a victim by placing them in a chokehold and threatening them with a box cutter.

During the assault, he demanded the victim’s possessions. Hicks is wanted on charges of Robbery, Terroristic Threats, and Simple Assault.

The Chambersburg Police Department asks anyone with knowledge of Hicks’ whereabouts to contact them directly or leave a tip on Crime Watch.
