Virginia Beach, VA- The Virginia Beach Police Department is investigating a fatal crash that took place on Friday in the 3700 block of Indian River Road.
According to police officers located in SUV that had driven off the roadway. The driver and sole occupant, Kathryn Hinnershitz, 26 was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The Virginia Beach police department has not released any further details of the crash.
She leaves behind a four-year-old son and this week friends started a GoFundMe page to raise money for her Arrangements. According to the family, she had no insurance and her mother needs assistance paying for funeral expenses.
