CHESTER, VA (PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT) – The Virginia State Police has issued an alert on behalf of Chesterfield County Police, which is looking for Yaneth Migadalia Ruiz-Carillo, 14. She was last seen June 23 at 12 AM in the 900 block of Cliffside Dr. in Chester. Her whereabouts & direction of travel are unknown.
Yaneth is 5’0 in height and weighs 90 lbs. She has brown eyes and straight, black hair. She has a scar on her left hand between the thumb and index finger. She may be wearing a blue sweater or floral shirt with blue or black jeans and sandals.
