The lucky ticket, worth $17,275.50, was purchased at Hannaford, located at 5 Maple Road in Voorheesville. TAKE 5 numbers are chosen from a set of 1 to 39, with drawings broadcasted twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
Winners of any New York Lottery draw game have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.
