Waffle Machine Thieves Sought in Newark

NEWARK, NJ – Arrest warrants have been issued for Destiny M. Patterson and Alaisha Holland, both 19 years of age from Newark, related to a burglary at a local business.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, October 18, with the suspects, former employees of the business, caught on camera entering the premises around 7:05 pm and leaving with $100 in cash and two custom waffle machines.

Patterson and Holland are now wanted on charges of burglary, theft, and criminal mischief.

Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé is appealing to the public for information that could lead to their apprehension.
