WALDWICK, NJ – Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella and the Waldwick Police Department announced the arrest of Jonan Pascasio-Erazo, age 46, on various sexual assault charges, on Friday.
The investigation involved the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and Waldwick Police Department.
The charges stem from allegations of the sexual assault of a child in the towns of Waldwick, Mahwah, and Belmar between the years of 2012 and 2023.
Pascasio-Erazo now faces numerous charges, including first and second-degree aggravated sexual assault. Pascasio-Erazo was taken to the Bergen County Jail pending his court appearance. Prosecutor Musella emphasized that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
