WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Patrolman Alfredo Flores arrested Alfredo H. Moreno, 39, of Middletown, on Sunday following a motor vehicle stop on Route 71 for driving while intoxicated. Moreno was processed at the Wall Township Police Department and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Despite the charges, it is important to note that every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law, where they are guaranteed all rights under the United States Constitution and New Jersey State Law.
