Walt Disney to layoff 32,000 employees due to COVID-19

ANAHEIM, CA-  The Walt Disney Company is laying off 32,000 employees, mostly at theme parks across the country.  This number is in addition to 37,000 employees who have already been furloughed by the company. Attendance in Disney parks in America has been down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Disneyland in Anaheim, California has been shut down since March.
