PHILADELPHIA, PA – On September 29, 2021 at approximately 10:00 AM the suspect was captured on surveillance video in the 1500 block of South 6th. Street. While arguing with the victim, the suspect pulled a firearm and aimed at the victim. As the victim ran away, the suspect fired the gun in the air.
