Warrant Arrest on Kidder Street After Guest Tries to Skip Paying Room Bill

Wilkes-Barre, PA – A warrant arrest was made on Saturday at a hotel located on Kidder Street. Police responded after receiving a report of a guest refusing to settle their room bill.

The incident occurred at 3:51 PM and involved Stephanie Baran, a 37-year-old resident of White Haven. During the investigation, it was discovered that Baran had an outstanding arrest warrant.

The warrant was issued by the Luzerne County Sheriff’s Office. Subsequently, Baran was arrested and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
