WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, Ohio — Hany Jaffal has won $500,000 after playing the Ohio Lottery’s Psychedelic Payout scratch-off game. After mandatory state and federal tax withholdings totaling 28%, Jaffal will take home approximately $360,000.
The winning ticket was sold at Shop Express, located at 3965 Warrensville Center Road in Warrensville Heights.
Psychedelic Payout is a $10 scratch-off game, and as of September 9, 2024, three top prizes of $500,000 remain in the game.
